We were happy with the service we received from 24/7. Service manager came to the house same day as the insurance adjuster called him. Made a thorough assessment of the damage and had his crew at the house the following morning. The crew were friendly, professional & did a good job of removing affected areas and cleaned up well. They were efficient & job done in a timely manner. The crew were consistent in coming in and checking daily for moisture & giving updates. Always courteous about calling first and arriving at the time they specified. We are happy with their service and did a great job

I would have never contacted 24/7 Flood & Fire if it hadn't been for a referral by Beacon Plumbing so "kudos" to them and a triple dose of "kudos" for 24/7 Flood & Fire. Our home insurance company was the sour spot in our 3 month saga trying to restore our house from water damage but the bright light was "24/7 Flood & Fire" - Cody and crew who were on the spot immediately drying the water damage and Earl and crew restoring the home back to pre-water damage condition. Reasonable quotes, great communication, competency and professionalism describe Cody, Earl, and their crews. I had no desire to get estimates from any other company "24/7" was honest and had our back, which has way more value than saving a few bucks. Should a disaster happen, I highly recommend 24/7 Flood & Fire to the rescue!

We've had 24/7 flood and fire do two separate projects at our home, one for the rebuild of an internal pantry and another for a complete repair of one of the sides of our house that had extended water damage. Tyler and his team went above and beyond to help us when the house we were renting completed flooded in the lower level. They came out early in the morning when we called and started to work quickly to save the drywall.
